• Briefings are held the first Saturday of every month at 6:00pm via *web conference.

• *Briefings may be held in person once arrangements have been made.

• The briefings are held to discuss Ship’s Business and plan Away Missions.

• Anyone is welcome to attend a briefing.

• Once the briefing is concluded socializing and fun are highly encouraged (time permitting).

• Several briefings throughout the year will be simply as a social gathering, which can involve but is not limited to:
  • Enjoying a meal with crew mates.
  • Watching Star Trek (or other sci-fi/fantasy) episodes or movies.
  • Playing Star Trek or other Tabletop games.
  • Any activity the crew wishes to participate in.

• While attending briefings is not mandatory it is highly encouraged. Participation in the club directly affects your ranking in Star Fleet. Besides not attending means you miss out on hanging out with your new friends.

• Attending a briefing either in Cosplay or ship attire (should it ever be created), is encouraged but not required.
